Preschool Lead Teacher

Evergreen Academy, part of the Nobel Learning Community, Inc. (NLCI), currently seeks dynamic individuals to teach in our Woodinville, WA Montessori preschool location this fall. We currently have openings in our half day and full day programs due to the addition of 2 classrooms.

About the Opportunities
As an Evergreen Academy teacher, you'll be in the company of colleagues who enjoy exploring and implementing creative ideas in Montessori education and seek to continue their own professional development.

Montessori Lead Teachers
Successful candidates will be innovative educational leaders with a strong commitment to and practice of Montessori pedagogy and principals. Teachers implement the educational mission in their classroom, assist the Principal with compliance programs, and communicate closely with parents.

Additional responsibilities include lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
• Requires Montessori certification & 1+ yrs exp.

Assistant Teachers
Assistant Teachers help plan classroom activities, maintain a physical environment which is safe, healthy, neat, attractive and clean, which is conducive to learning, support student’s self-confidence and positive self-image and communicate with parents.
• Requires HS diploma & a desire to work w/young children
• Montessori/ECE experience a plus

All teaching positions require dedicated teachers who have a passion for education and are organized, flexible, and sensitive to children’s needs with solid verbal and written communication skills.
