Early Childhood Academic Phase

The academic portion of the Early Childhood course takes 345 contact hours of instruction. (This does not include the 30 hours for the Child Development prerequisite of the course.)

 During the summer phase students attend class for twenty nine days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the dates listed in the annual calendar.

 Additional course hours are covered at a series of nine Saturday or Sunday workshops, each eight hours in length. There are exam days scheduled in January and in June.
