About Us
Our school is looking to hire a Montessori toddler teacher or work with a student who wants to do a 'self-guided' internship at our school. We will also have a preschool assistant or intern position. We have a beautiful 2.5-acre campus with mature trees, 2 playgrounds, and a pool. We have 1 toddler classroom, 3 preschool classrooms, and an elemtary/middle school program nearby on 50 acres. Our toddlers have their own playground and space to play. Staff also have the benefit of qualifying for discounted childcare.
Yakima is the sunshine side of the state for sure! With over 300 days of sunshine and all 4 seasons. We love to get out and get moving throughout the year. Yakima has approximately 100,000 people in the city and 260,000 in the entire county. With a smaller population, we don't deal with big city traffic! We have lots of fresh local produce from spring through fall, and we also have the usual stores like Walmart, Target, Costco, Grocery Outlet, and Safeway. We have canyons, concerts, breweries and wineries, and enough coffee shops for any type of drink you are looking for. We also have several museums and parks in the valley for exploration.
