About the Role
• Full-time position
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Fridays: 7:30 AM–2:30 PM
• School year runs mid-August through mid-June
• Located in Carnation, Washington
What We’re Looking For
• A love for working with children ages Preschool through Kindergarten
• Comfort learning and teaching in nature-based settings
• An interest in Montessori, RIE, or respectful, child-led education
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and flexible throughout the day
• Appreciation for eco-friendly and inclusive learning environments
Pay & Benefits
• Starting at $20/hour
• 30–40 hours per week
